PT KHW is a company engaged in the manufacture of cotton and gauze for health cosmetic purposes. The products produced by sometimes exceed number consumer demands there shortage products. Therefore, good production planning order to meet demand with right amount time needed so increased profits are obtained. This study aims determine optimal production, obtainedby costs that must be incurred company. uses goal programming method optimize determining decision variables, constraint functions target functions.The arranged based on priority level desired priorities considered include thegoal maximizing product sales profits, minimizing costs, use rawmaterials, time, overtime.
